Hunter Estevez

Hunter lives in New Jersey, a short drive from the ocean, the library, and the dog park. She studied Media, Culture, and Communications at New York University and enjoys taking the train to the city to see friends, go to museums, and visit her favorite bookstore. She fell in love with reading as a teenager as a form of escapism and was known to always have a book in her hand. She’s obsessed with her cockapoo named Ellie, chai lattes, and ice cream. She likes to write essays and is getting inspired to put her work out there to read.

Hunter’s taste varies from the fantastical to the relatable. She enjoys diving into a Fantasy series with good world-building, but also likes to wind down with a New Adult novel. She loves a Romance trope if it is done well, like enemies to lovers, opposites attract, and forced proximity. She’s also drawn to Literary Fiction, and Young Adult, but can read almost anything if the characters are fleshed-out and relatable.
