Ellen Moore

Ellen started her Agenting training at CLA as a Literary Intern and was promoted to Literary Apprentice in January 2026. She is currently an Apprentice to Marisa Corvisiero and together they are representing authors to build Ellen's list.

Ellen was born and raised in Texas as a lifelong learner and book lover. She holds a Bachelor's in English and a Master's in Education from Texas A&M University which she used to pass on a love of literature to high school students for three years. After teaching, Ellen continued her education and earned a Master of Letters in English from the University of Dundee and completed the Denver Publishing Institute in order to pursue a career in the publishing industry. In her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time with her partner and pups, playing video games and Dungeons and Dragons, and obsessing over musical theater.
