Meg LaTorre-Snyder - Literary Intern
Meg LaTorre-Snyder likes to think of herself as an avid book nerd with an exceptional taste for mac and cheese. This oxford comma and em dash enthusiast has had her nose plunged into a book before kindergarten and scribbled down her first stories not too long thereafter.
When not gobbling down fiction stories faster than mac and cheese, Meg can be found writing her own stories, participating in long-distance races, drinking buckets of tea, playing basketball, or reading nutrition textbooks.
As far as her professional experience goes, Meg is currently the editor of a magazine and has a background in journalism, medical writing, and website creation. She has written for online publications and local newspapers on a variety of topics, including novel writing, nutrition, healthy living, startup companies, and local politics.
Meg is partial to the realm of fiction novels, specifically: adult fantasy, historical fiction, romance, science fiction, and some YA. She loves books written in third-person with multiple POVs, quirky, realistic characters, and rich descriptions.
Please note: As an intern, Meg does not accept submissions for representation.
