Huang ChenHuang has a Master of Liberal Arts degree in Creative Writing and Literature from Harvard DCE, specializing in writing for children's books, plays, and short stories. She has more than three years of experience in teaching special education to high school students. Huang has been commissioned to write a series of six educational books for middle graders, scheduled to be published by Qingdao Publishing House in 2024. She is a playwriter for a Harvard Innovation Lab project, designing an in-class educational game for middle graders.
Huang loves stories that open her mind and broaden her view. She appreciates clever plots and beautiful writing. Huang enjoys children's books across genres and prefers adult mysteries and thrillers that don't involve a lot of blood. She wants to read about grounded problems in mundane and fantastical worlds. When she’s not reading, you can find her taking photos or watching anime. |
