Doreen represents a small group of writers, ages 10 to 70, as a developmental editor and agent for their projects. When she is intrigued by the person and the subject, she accepts a project, and is open to any genre, fiction and non-fiction. She especially enjoys mysteries and thrillers, biographies and memoirs, fantasy and the paranormal, and American history 1770-1800. Doreen deeply respects working intimately with writers and their dreams. She is fascinated by people's stories and is honored to participate in the crafting and selling of their work. Since 1980, she has been an editor for privately published family histories, which led to helping writers prepare their manuscripts for submission to trade publishers. |
